Most breweries dispatch trade orders within two working days. Transit times vary by courier and region, so expect delivery within three to five working days after confirmation unless a specific date is agreed.

Yes. Add your preferred delivery window during checkout and the supplying brewery will confirm whether they can accommodate it. If the slot is tight, the brewery will suggest the closest available alternative via email.

Breweries either deliver using their own vehicles or work with trusted haulage partners experienced in handling kegs, casks, and packaged beer.

When multiple breweries fulfil the same order, one brewery may act as the hub and coordinate a consolidated pallet on everyone’s behalf.

No, Indie Brewer does not currently offer chilled or temperature-controlled transport.

All products are shipped using standard distribution networks selected by the supplying brewery. If your business requires chilled logistics, please arrange this directly with the brewery before ordering.

Each brewery or licensed retailer is fully responsible for arranging, dispatching, and delivering its own products. They are the seller of record under their respective licences.

Indie Brewer does not physically ship or store alcohol. Our role is to connect you with licensed suppliers and provide a secure platform for orders and payments.

If anything goes wrong with a shipment, we act as a neutral mediator to help resolve it. This may include coordinating replacement shipments, refunds, or communication between both sides.

Breweries that repeatedly fail to meet delivery or customer-service standards may be temporarily suspended or permanently de-listed from the platform.

Inspect the pallet or any package when it arrives. Mark any damage or shortages on the delivery note before signing and contact the supplying brewery with photos within 24 hours.

Yes. Collections are available directly from breweries that hold a Premises Licence allowing on-site sales or at registered Indie Brewer collection points.
